Plans
Contract, Term and Scope.
What is included, what is excluded, and how an engagement actually runs.
Media spend (paid ad budgets), print and production costs, and third-party software or licence fees are all excluded and billed separately at cost. Local tax is excluded and added per jurisdiction.
Direction runs a minimum of 3 months, Partner a minimum of 6, and Scale a minimum of 12. Positioning, identity and channel work compound over time, and a shorter term does not give it long enough to show in enquiry quality or fee realisation.
After the minimum term, a plan can move up or down, or pause with notice. The specifics are set in the engagement letter before work starts, not left implicit.
Every engagement runs on a written agreement covering scope, term, fees and IP. Brand identity, website and content produced under a plan or project belong to the client on completion of payment, not held back as leverage.
A project is scoped, fixed-fee work with a clear end point, useful when a business is not ready for a standing plan or is responding to one trigger event. The full project fee credits against the first three months of a Partner plan if that plan starts within 60 days of delivery.
Samyak Jain sets the position and the standard, and is the direct point of contact throughout. Execution runs through Denion's specialist teams in design, development, content, photography, media and PR, coordinated as one function rather than handed off between vendors.
Position and situation are set first: what the business is for, who buys it, and where enquiries are currently getting lost. Channel work, whether identity, website, catalogue or campaign, is sequenced from that position rather than started in parallel with it.
Delivery runs from India. In the UAE, meetings, showroom launches and press moments are scheduled on the ground in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Thailand and Singapore run remotely, on a standard meeting cadence across time zones. All markets are reachable through the one number and WhatsApp line on the contact page.
